Refunds, Exchanges & The Fine Print


We accept all major credit cards and eChecks through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way to make credit card payments on the web.

If you have selected Paypal as your method of payment, you will be redirected to their site during checkout. If you have an account, enter your login information at the prompt. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use Paypal. Orders paid by Paypal will be processed instantly. If you need more information, please visit the Paypal website by clicking here.

Sorry — I can't take personal cheques at this time. However, if you live in or around Ottawa, I'm happy to take cash and deliver your item to you in person. Email us if you'd like to do this.


Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery. Most orders will ship at the end of the week in which your item was ordered. For standard delivery within the Canada, your order will be shipped via XpressPost, with delivery confirmation. Once shipped, orders generally take 2-3 days for delivery, but can sometimes take longer depending on your location.

International orders may take a little longer to arrive and will be shipped by trackable international air mail.

I will accept returns or exchanges for store credit only for most items within 30 days of the shipping date. If, for any reason, your order is damaged in transit, or not as described, please email me at within 7 days of receiving your package to arrange for a refund or an exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior approval may not be accepted. Products must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsiblity of the customer.

Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items.
